"I am so so so disappointed in state farm, they keep upping our insurance costs....we have had no accidents and our cars are not new at all. I will have to find new insurance soon. I was so impressed with Randy Riley at first, he was very helpful. Then I got turned over to others and have not heard from him since. So disappointed."

"Hattie was delightful to work with and exceptionally helpful. She called immediately after I saved my claim and once I told her why I hadn’t finished it (I needed landlord info) she streamlined the process and made it extremely easy to finish setting up the new policy. She also gave me a quote for including car insurance, which at this time I didn’t pursue but I will keep it in mind at my next 6 month policy renewal to see if I can save some money!
